Upgrading from Office 2007 to Office 2021

I’m trying to upgrade from Office 2007 to Office 2021 on my home PC. I attempted to update through Outlook, but the webpage is no longer available, giving a 404 error, https://fe2.update.microsoft.com/microsoftupdate/.
