Rename Outlook 365 Email Account in Local Microsoft Outlook

I'm trying to change the display name of my Outlook 365 email address. Currently, it shows a specific address, but I want to set it to something else.

I've attached a reference below.

The issue is that I can't change the display name in Outlook 365, whereas I can do so for my other email accounts like Gmail.

The settings where I'm unable to change the display name are shown below.

Notably, I can change the display name for my IMAP accounts, such as Gmail and iCloud.

I'm wondering if this is a Microsoft-specific problem, as it only occurs with my Office 365 email. I just want to make local changes to make it easier to navigate through my emails.
