Remove Green Clock Icon from Outlook Email Subject Header

I need help with the snooze feature in Outlook on my desktop.

When I snooze an email, it reappears in my inbox at the set time with a green clock icon next to the subject and shows the new time it was received.

Can someone please tell me how to remove this icon and change the email back to its original received time? I would really appreciate any help with this.

Thanks for your help.

If you want to remove the green clock icon and reset the email to its original received time in Outlook, you’ll need to move the email back to the Inbox from the Snooze folder. Here are the steps to do so:

  1. Open Your Outlook Inbox: Ensure you are in the main inbox view.
  2. Find the Snoozed Email: Locate the email that has been snoozed and is now back in your inbox with the green clock icon.
  3. Move It Back to the Inbox: Right-click on the email and select Move.
  4. Choose the Inbox Folder: From the list of available folders, select Inbox to move the email back to its original location.

By doing this, the email will lose the green clock icon and display its original received time. This is the only way to clear the snooze icon in Outlook without directly deleting the email.
