See attached screen shot.

thank you,

To help you recover your missing personal folders in Outlook, follow these steps:

  1. Close and Reopen Outlook: Sometimes, simply closing and reopening Outlook can resolve the issue.
  2. Show Hidden Folders: Ensure that hidden folders are visible. You can do this by clicking on the “View” tab and selecting “Folder Pane” under “Layout.” From the dropdown menu, choose “Normal.”
  3. Update Outlook: Ensure that Outlook is up to date. Updates often include bug fixes and improvements that can resolve issues like this.
  4. Advanced Find: Use the Advanced Find feature to search for emails that belong to the missing folders. This might help locate the folders.

If these steps don’t work, it’s possible that the folders have been deleted. Here are a few additional steps you can try:

  1. Check Deleted Items: Look in the “Deleted Items” folder to see if your custom folders are there. If you find them, right-click and select “Move” > “Other Folder” to move them back to their original location.
  2. Repair Your Outlook Data File: Close Outlook and locate the Outlook data file (.pst). Restart Outlook with the Reset Folders switch to repair the data file. To do this, right-click the Start button, select “Run,” and type or paste outlook.exe /resetfolders (without quotes).
  3. Check Connection Issues: Ensure your computer is connected to the server properly. if you’re using Wi-Fi, restart your router and modem to ensure a stable connection.
  4. System Restore: If you have a recent system restore point, try restoring to a time when the folders were available.
  5. Check Rules and Filters: Review any rules or filters you have set up in Outlook. Sometimes, these can accidentally move or delete folders.

If none of these steps work, consider resetting your Outlook views or reaching out to Microsoft support.
