I’ve been experiencing intermittent issues with sending emails for months, despite receiving emails without any problems. The sending function works as expected for a while, but then suddenly fails. I’ve searched online and found that this is a common problem, but none of the suggested solutions have worked for me.
I recently updated from Office 2019 to Office 2021 to resolve a syncing issue with iCloud, but the problem persists. I’ve tried following a list of solutions, including compacting and deleting the OST file, but this didn’t work. In fact, when I try to delete the OST file, Outlook gives an error message saying it can’t open without it.
I’m using Windows 10 with the latest patches on my Dell XPS computer. Can anyone suggest a solution to resolve this issue?
