My Profile Has Been Hacked - Help!

I recently checked my profile’s activity log and noticed multiple attempts to synchronize my email from China using the IMAP protocol.

Apart from using a strong password and changing it regularly, I’m not sure what else I can do to stay safe.

Can anyone help me with the following:

  1. Is it possible to disable IMAP protocol synchronizations (like Gmail allows)?
  2. Can I block connection attempts from specific countries?
  3. Is it possible to block logins from certain IP addresses?
