I pinned a conversation in Viva Engage recently, but now the pin/unpin icon has disappeared. I urgently need help to unpin it.

Since only admins can pin conversations in Viva Engage, ensure that you or the person who originally pinned the conversation still has admin privileges. If the admin left the community or is no longer an admin, the pinned conversation will remain until another admin unpins it.

- Go to the pinned conversation: Find the pinned conversation you want to unpin.
- Select the More Options icon: Click the three dots or vertical ellipsis at the top right corner of the conversation.
- Unpin the conversation: From the dropdown menu, select Unpin Conversation or Unpin.
- Review the change: Check that the conversation has been successfully unpinned.
