Long-time account locked, online form unhelpful - need human assistance

I'm having trouble accessing my Microsoft account and need help from a customer support representative who can verify my identity. The account recovery form is not helpful because it's asking for information I no longer have, such as recently sent emails (I've been locked out for months) and credit card details from 4 years ago.

I've had a positive experience in the past where a representative helped me regain access to my account after providing photo identification. I have a LinkedIn account linked to my Microsoft account, and I've licensed Windows through it, so I have sufficient proof of ownership. However, I'm struggling to get in touch with a customer support agent who can assist me.

I've had a similar issue with Google, which resulted in me losing years' worth of photos. I'm frustrated that these security measures are locking me out of my own account. I hope Microsoft can provide a better solution and not follow in Google's footsteps.
