A month ago, I tried to fix an annoying issue with my email account on my iPhone mail app. I removed and re-added the account to resolve a problem with flagged emails, but this caused more issues. The original problem was resolved, but now I'm facing more troublesome problems.
My current issues are:
1. Not all subfolders are syncing, and there's no pattern to which ones aren't working.
2. When I try to move emails to subfolders, the option to select a folder is missing. Instead, I only see the "Inbox" option.
3. Sometimes, when I select "move message", the folder list doesn't appear, and I have to restart the email app multiple times before the folders show up.
I've already tried the following, so please don't suggest them:
1. Contacting Apple support, who told me it's a third-party issue and to contact the email provider.
2. Trying to reach Microsoft support, which is impossible.
3. Removing and re-adding the account multiple times, which doesn't fix the issues.
I'm looking for productive troubleshooting suggestions to resolve these problems.
