Gift Card Redemption Failed with Microsoft Rewards Points

I’m having trouble redeeming a 100 Robux gift card. When I tried, I got an “order cannot be completed” error, and my order history shows it was declined. I don’t use VPNs and I access Microsoft Rewards/Bing Rewards through Microsoft Edge. I recently changed my country settings, which might be the cause of the issue. I’ve already reported this problem to the rewards team twice and received a response to my first report. I’m hoping someone from Microsoft Support can help me resolve this issue and redeem my gift card.
