Copilots Precise Mode Not Functioning Properly

I've had great success with a particular tool for over five months. The more accurate version has been a huge help. However, it's been missing for the past two days. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Copilot’s Precise Mode has been acting up for you, huh? It’s annoying when something reliable suddenly stops working. Let’s try to troubleshoot it together!

First, make sure your Microsoft Edge is running the latest version. Sometimes, updates can resolve these issues. Open Edge, click on the three dots (⋯) in the top right corner, and select Help and feedback > About Microsoft Edge. If an update is available, it should prompt you to download and install it.

Next, check if you’ve accidentally disabled Precise Mode. Click on the Copilot icon in the toolbar and ensure it’s not greyed out. You can also try toggling it off and back on to see if that resolves the issue.

If the above steps don’t work, try checking for any browser extensions that might be interfering with Copilot’s functionality. Go to edge://extensions/ and review the list. If you’ve recently installed any new extensions, try temporarily disabling them to see if they’re causing the conflict.

Lastly, let’s try resetting Copilot itself. Type edge://copilot-content in the address bar and press Enter. This will take you to the Copilot settings page. Look for the “Reset Copilot” button at the bottom and give it a click. This should restore Copilot to its default state, hopefully getting Precise Mode back up and running.

If none of these steps resolve the issue, feel free to provide more details about your setup and any error messages you might be seeing. I’m here to help you get Copilot running smoothly again
