Cant Launch Minecraft Bedrock Edition from Launcher

When I try to open the Minecraft Bedrock launcher, I'm prompted to switch to the new launcher due to incompatibility issues. However, when I attempt to do so, I receive an error message stating:

Minecraft Launcher is currently not available in your account. Make sure you are signed in to the Store and try again. Here’s the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001

Interestingly, I can play the Java edition without any issues. I've also checked the Microsoft Store, but it's asking me to purchase both games instead of just one.
