I'm having trouble accessing my personal Hotmail account.
This is a problem because I need to access my Canadian visa information, which is linked to my Hotmail account and requires sign-in codes sent to it.
I've answered all the security questions correctly, but I still can't get in. It's really frustrating and I urgently need to regain access to my locked account.
Can someone please assist me?
