A strange "x" and lock icon have appeared in my browser, as shown in the image below. It's really distracting.
I'm having trouble focusing because of it. If anyone knows how to hide or remove it, please let me know. I'd really appreciate it.

To remove these icons, follow these steps:

- Click the three dots in the top right corner of Microsoft Edge.
- Select Settings.
- Scroll down and click Cookies and site permissions.
- Click Site permissions.

- Locate the site that’s causing the issue.
- Click the three dots next to it.
- Select Edit.
- Adjust the permissions as needed (e.g., toggle off Camera, Microphone, or Location).
