I've been using a Vietnamese data-only SIM in my phone for three weeks without issues, but suddenly I'm not receiving new emails and can't access my folders. I recently changed my password after receiving a security code via text, but the problem persists. I'm at a loss for what to do next and would appreciate any assistance. Note that my email address is still with Hotmail.
